Where will my plants be shipping from?

When will my plant ship?
Most orders will ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Larger orders will ship on Monday. If something is purchased on or after these days, they will ship the following week.
Where is my tracking information?
You should receive an automated email with your tracking number included. Most orders will be shipped using Pirateship; so if you have an account, you’ll see your tracking info there as well. I suggest choosing Next Day or 2 Day shipping in order to prevent large delays.
How will my plants be shipped?
Most plants will be shipped in a tree fern and pon mix or spagnum moss. Everything will be packed with care and attention, but mishandling by shipping courier is out of my control.
Are the plants pictured in the listing what I'll receive?
Yes, unless otherwise stated on the listing.
How do I place an international order?
For international inquiries, please send me an email under the /contact-us tab or send me a message on Instagram. We can arrange everything there and invoice through the website. International rates, shipping, etc. vary, so please do not place an order before you contact me directly. Otherwise, your order will be subject to cancellation.
Is there a refund policy?
All orders are final. In the event that there is an error made on my behalf, a replacement or partial refund may be available. Please reach out to me within 12 hours of receiving the plant to discuss any issues. I am not responsible for any delays or damage this is caused from the shipping courier, as this is out of my control.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, not at this time.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to me within 24 hours of placing your order.
